GI EXPERTISE, a Human Resources consulting firm specializing in recruitment, temporary staffing and HR outsourcing, with a presence in West Africa, particularly in Guinea, Togo and Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire), is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients.

As part of its activities, GI EXPERTISE, in collaboration with a major player in the mining industry, is seeking qualified professionals, technicians, operators, engineers and administrative staff to join its teams.

We offer opportunities in the following areas : drilling, geology, production, maintenance, heavy equipment operations, security, environment, logistics and administration.

The following positions are also included in the recruitment plan, with one (1) position for each job title, in accordance with the recruitment requirement:

PROFILES REQUIRED

Candidates should, in particular:

• Hold an educational or professional qualification relevant to the position;
• Have relevant professional experience;
• Have a good knowledge of safety procedures and HSE rules applicable to the mining sector;
• Be able to work in a demanding industrial and mining environment;
• Demonstrate rigor, discipline, punctuality and teamwork;
• Be willing and available to work according to the schedules, rosters, rotations and working conditions defined by the company.

For technical positions, experience with mining equipment, HEMM, production equipment, maintenance, drilling or mineral processing will be a strong advantage.

For administrative and management positions, experience in an industrial or mining environment will also be an asset.
