Main Responsibilities

Cafeteria Manager

• Supervise cafeteria operations and coordinate the team.

• Ensure product and service quality.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

• Manage supplies and inventory.

• Ensure customer satisfaction.

Checkout Manager

• Supervise all checkout operations.

• Train, supervise, and schedule cashiers.

• Monitor checkout opening and closing procedures.

• Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures.

• Handle payment-related complaints.

Cold Storage Manager

• Manage and organize the cold storage facility. • Monitor temperatures and ensure the cold chain is maintained.

• Receive, store, and distribute goods.

• Conduct inventories and track stock levels.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Head Butcher

• Supervise the activities of the butchery department.

• Manage the team of butchers.

• Guarantee the quality and freshness of products.

• Manage orders and inventory.

• Comply with food hygiene and safety standards.

Head Baker

• Organize and supervise the production of breads and pastries.

• Manage the bakery team.

• Ensure product quality.

• Manage raw materials and inventory.

• Comply with HACCP standards.

Head Chef

• Organize food production.

• Manage the kitchen team.

• Develop menus and recipes.

• Guarantee the quality of prepared dishes. • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.

Cashier

• Greet customers courteously.

• Scan products and process payments.

• Issue receipts.

• Manage the cash register.

• Guarantee fast and high-quality service.

Stock Clerk

• Receive merchandise.

• Stock shelves.

• Replenish shelves.

• Check price tags.

• Maintain the cleanliness and attractiveness of the shelves.

Delivery Driver

• Ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Check loading and unloading.

• Ensure the vehicle is in good working order.

• Comply with road safety regulations.

• Provide professional customer service.

Desired Profile

• Diploma or training in business, management, hospitality, catering, or a related field, depending on the position.

• Professional experience required for management positions.

• Experience in retail, catering, or logistics preferred.

• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.

• Organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

• Honesty, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Fluency in French is required.
