GI EXPERTISE, a Human Resources consulting firm specializing in recruitment, temporary staffing, and HR outsourcing, with operations across West Africa, particularly in Guinea, Togo, and Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire), is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients.

As part of its business activities, GI EXPERTISE, in partnership with a telecommunications industry player, is recruiting a Wireless High-Level Solution Marketing Manager to strengthen its teams.

Wireless High-Level Solution Marketing Manager (01) – M/F

Job Purpose

Act as a keynote speaker at strategic summits and technical conferences, while addressing participants’ questions with expertise and professionalism.
Design tailored solutions based on in-depth analysis of wireless mobile networks and define their technology evolution roadmap.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers’ executive teams in order to establish long-term cooperation and strategic partnerships.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), manage the implementation of proposed solutions, and ensure that projects progress in line with defined objectives.
Identify and analyze customer needs, understand their business challenges, support them in developing their growth plans, and contribute to their business success in collaboration with Huawei.

Candidate Profile

Excellent knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G mobile network technologies, with a strong understanding of end-to-end telecommunications network architecture and the core functions of telecom equipment.
Good understanding of key services provided by telecommunications operators, global telecom industry trends, and emerging technologies, particularly cloud computing and artificial intelligence (AI).
Excellent command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with native-level English-speaking customers. Excellent French proficiency is also required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to quickly understand customer requirements, identify challenges, and provide relevant and effective solutions.
