As part of its activities, GI EXPERTISE, in partnership with Carrefour Market, is recruiting ten Trainer in Inventory Management, Cashiering, and Supermarket Management (M/F) to strengthen its teams.

Position: Trainer in Inventory Management, Cashiering, and Supermarket Management (3 positions)

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, preparing, and delivering theoretical and practical training in the following areas:

• Inventory Management: goods receiving, storage, stock control, inventory management, replenishment, stock valuation, and the use of inventory management tools and software.
• Cashiering: cash register operations, opening and closing procedures, cash handling, payment processing, reconciliation, cash discrepancy management, and fraud prevention.
• Supermarket Management: retail store operations, merchandising, shelf organization, inventory replenishment, customer service, sales techniques, and team supervision.

The Trainer will also be expected to:

• Develop training curricula, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
• Conduct practical exercises, simulations, and case studies.
• Assess trainees' knowledge and practical skills.
• Prepare training reports and monitor participants' progress.
• Update training content in line with current retail and supply chain best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Retail Management, or a related field.
• At least three (3) years of professional experience in inventory management, cashier operations, supermarket management, or retail operations.
• Proven experience in delivering professional or vocational training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and inventory/cash management software.
• Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and maintain high professional standards.

Language Requirement

• Fluent French .
